Sh. Ch. Raycris Starlight - Celti - entered my life unexectedly. She became a wonderful show girl as loved to show off and her movement was a delight. 

She was the Top Winning BITCH Puppy 1997, and throughout Junior was really hard work to show, in fact thought of giving up on her  but thanks to Sharon Pinkerton at the LMC Champ Show she won Graduate bitch and told me to keep at it......

At Richmond that year she gained her FIRST CC and the next year she went from strength to strength and gained 4 more CC's and was a delight to campaign.

She was meant to be mated to my Storm - Sh Ch Gorsebank Baron Gustav JW but Celti didn't have a good hip score, hence she was spayed and retired from the show ring end of 2000 as travelling made her sore and  grumpy.....  She retired, not too gracefully I may add!  She was to be seen as part of the Breed Seminar team each year, strutting her stuff. 

People came to see me and wanted an older bitch as couldn't take on a puppy, I offered Ping but they wanted Celti, so Celti went up to Scotland without a backwards glance to be "lady of the manor"....... and that she was!!!!!!!!!!!

Visitors were allowed as long as they booked in advance, all trades people were escorted onto and off the property.  The post etc was delivered to the gate not the house.  She took over the new sofa as her bed and the one in the kitchen was hers to dry off on.  The local wildlife moved out of the 7 acres and returned at their peril.......

She lived her life to the full and the lady has now gone, and the manor is lifeless without her.
